Photography is my passion, and so is every creature that we share this planet with. Wildlife has a place on this earth, and it is my hope that like myself, you will treasure all of the life that is around us. Be it a snake or bug, a lion or a Tiger, each individual animal is important no matter if it creates happiness or inspires fear. Respect the things you don't understand...Through out my photography I try to capture the truest essence of what that creature is. It is true that a picture can portray a thousand words, and in every sense last longer than any book.
My journey with wildlife began in 1972, the year I was born! Ever since that time, it wasn't at all uncommon to see me with Praying Mantis crawling on my arm, a snake in one hand, and a frog in the other. Along with the guidance from my grandparents, who always liked to watch nature shows with me, and buy me wonderful nature books with beautiful pictures inside, it became natural that one day I too would pick up the camera to create those images I had loved to look at when I was young.
Today my journey continues, and behind every leaf, and every blade of grass, perched above in the trees, or running through the woods, is nature, and it's wildlife, that I focus on through my lens, to create an everlasting picture of what over the years I have come to love and respect.
